Any indian citizen (male /female)which age 18 to 55 years, eligibility 10th or above after Donate min. 1100/- ( Eleven Hundred ) or above and complete requirement as per rules of the organization can involve as volunteer after training participate all type programme surving for the society different personal/government scheme as "Gramin saksharta abhiyaan" under program Nishulk Gramin Pathshala, Bal Pratibha Khoj, swachh bharat mission, Gramin swaro jagar yojana, Self Help Group, kuteer udhyog, Modern Agri culture, Dairy, pualtry, fishries, Emu farm Trainning program etc.whoom running by the rcerdd time to time all over india

Woman Entreprenure Advisor( W.E.A. ) = Any female volunteer when 51000/- (Fifty One Thousand) Donation Collect from society not youreself automatic pramote for woman entreprenure advisor (W.E.A.). And can start Self Help Group as per rules of the RCERD Department.

Gramin Bal Sikshak ( GBS) = Any volunteer of the RCERD Department when collect Min. 1,01000/- donation from the society after training you can start up Nishulk Garmin Pathshala free for poor children's in village/ slum dwellers we provide you education matarial ( Books, pen, pencil, eraser, sharpner, chalk, duster, attence black board, register, flex ) free of cost and grant for unprivileged poor children's multidiamensnal growth by help with government or self by the RCERD Department programme surving for the society.

Area Officer (AO) = Any volunteer of RCERD Department, Eligibility graduate and collect 151000/- Donation from the society not youreself after Training work as area officer supervision of nishulk gramin pathshala (NGP) of your area as per rules of the RCERD Deprtment, you will get grant for mentain, conduct, promoting one more project by the RCERD Department time to time.

District Head (DH) = Any volunteer of the RCERD Department, which Eligibility graduate and 6 month experiene of any NGO, Collect min. 2,51,000 /- Donation from the society not yourself after training can participate role as District Head (DH) will control Volunteer, W.E.A GBS, AO, with one more project & distt. Office as per rules of the RCRD Dpartment, will get Grant for conduct, Pramote,and mntain for the project by the RCERD Department time to time

Divisional Director ( DD) = Any volunteer of the RCERD Department whose eligibility post graduate with any subject 1 year experience of any NGO, collect min. 3,51,000/- Donation from the society not your self, after training can role as Divisional Director control works and activities of District Head thier Division and organize training, program and all types activities as direction of RCERD Depatment.

State Chief (SC) = any volunteer of whose eligibility post graduate with any subject and 3 year experience of any NGO collect 5,51,000/- Donation from the society not your self after interview with managment of RCERD Department should be control all Volunteer of the State , Manage all types activities, program, state level management with Direction of RCERD Department.
